Technical Data Associate

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing project performance data reporting for multiple Aircraft Monument and Completion Projects.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Works directly with Project Management to prepare and present project-specific performance to schedule and performance to budget status

2. Prepares weekly reports and data extracts from ERP database to support project management data analysis and earned value calculations

3. Supports Earned Value Management System reporting, including calculation of Cost and schedule performance index values at the task and project level

4. Calculates individual items such as labor, material, and time costs and generates estimates at completion and cost/schedule variance

5. Develops, maintains and updates management databases, initiate continuous improvements ideas

6. Tracks expenses vs budget and assists with reforecasting and analysis of fluctuations.

7. Assists in the budget & reforecast process.

8. Participates and provides data for continuous improvement efforts in support of operations.

9. Develops and distributes ad-hoc reports as needed.

10. Other duties not specifically covered herein but otherwise assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES, ETC:

1. Associate degree in Business systems, Finance, database management systems or computer sciences, or equivalent level of educational experience to fulfill job function.

2. Familiar with aviation ERP or Corridor database systems.

3. Minimum of 1 years of experience in reporting or analysis position.

4. Good work ethic, positive attitude.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

1. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).

2. Excellent Communication skills.

3. Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks as well as strong follow through skills.

4. Ability to complete tasks timely and accurately critical.

5. Must be detail oriented with good organizational and analytical skills.

6. Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment described here is representative of those required by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodations.

The office building where this position works is a typical office environment with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues in the immediate vicinity of the work station. The employee in this position will experience occasional outdoor exposure to heat, cold, and environmental elements when called upon to locate personnel working inside or outside of a Hangar.
