Maintenance Technician
Our growing company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with aviation experience and who preferably holds an Airframe and Power Plant certificate. This position entails knowledge of jet aircraft and the maintenance applications associated with them. This position includes repairs, modifications, and inspections of aircraft structures, systems, and equipment.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will also be responsible for:

Visually inspecting, assessing, and assisting in repairs and modifications to aircraft structures, systems, and equipment.

Removing, installing, and functionally testing aircraft components.

Dismantling and assembling aircraft systems for repair and overhaul.

Removing aircraft control systems, check rigging, and reassembling.

Diagnostically troubleshooting aircraft defects and carrying out corrective action.

Ensuring that all maintenance activities are controlled on aircraft that are receiving maintenance within the company's facilities and that technical records are originated and retained with respect to all inspections and maintenance functions.

Completing records of work done to sustain an accurate record system.

Demonstrating ability to interpret blueprints and written technical instructions.

Working in confined spaces and elevated heights when required.

Must perform work in accordance with all FAA guidelines.
To perform successfully as a Maintenance Technician, we are looking for the following:

Completion of College/vocational/or technical training or a combination of education and/or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 1 to 3 years aircraft maintenance experience required.

Excellent planning, organization, coordination skills, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail will be a plus.
